(( it’s kind of a weird series, it’s set in the future, and in that future there are computers that look and feel like people, but are still just computers. Then your main character, a broke student named Hedeki finds one of them (they’re called perscoms by the way) in the trash. After he boots her up he finds out that she doesn’t work like other perscoms, and may or may not be a “chobit” wich is supposed to be a legendary self-aware computer.
I really like it; it’s one of CLAMP’s better series imo ))
